BBM was not created from online trends.
It was built from nearly two decades of studying, coaching, and living women’s health and fitness through the seasons that shape us.
BBM is not about perfection. It is about building something that lasts.
I am not just a mom who lost weight online.
I first became nationally board certified as a personal trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2007.
Over the last two decades as a women’s health professional, I pursued advanced credentials across women’s health, movement science, nutrition, and hormone health because I recognized early that workouts alone do not change women’s lives.
And I am also a woman who has lived these seasons myself.
That intersection changes everything.
Over the last two decades, my body has shifted through pregnancy, postpartum, stress, injury, hormonal transitions, and seasons of rebuilding.
I have gained weight. I have lost it. I have regained it. I have maintained it. I have rebuilt my health according to the demands of my season.
Not once. Multiple times.
What I learned was my success was not about willpower. It was about capacity.
Every time life changed, the system had to change with it. If it did not, I started over.
And I watched thousands of women do the same.
That is when BBM began to evolve.
What started as intense short-term programs became something smarter, less extreme, and more sustainable.
HIIT workouts six days per week. Low carb meal plans. Short-term 90 day challenges that created dramatic results.
Extreme approaches can create change. They rarely create sustainability. When the program ends, women are left wondering what to do next.
The BBM Method. Not a challenge you start. Not a program you finish. But a method you grow inside.
In the early years, many women found BBM because they were following my personal health journey.
But over time, something shifted.
Women were no longer showing up to watch me. They were showing up to transform themselves.
Different ages. Different seasons. Different goals.
Applying the same system in ways that fit their own life.
I built BBM because I was tired of watching women blame themselves.
I was tired of watching capable women think they lacked discipline.
I was tired of seeing trending health phrases online overwhelm women by convincing them they needed to do more, fix more, track more, restrict more.
I was tired of seeing women jump from program to program convinced the next one would finally solve it.
I was tired of systems that only worked when life was calm.
That is why the BBM Method focuses on movement, routine, nutrition, stress, and hormone health in a way that matches your current season and capacity.
They are pregnant. Postpartum. In busy mom seasons. Perimenopausal. Rebuilding. But not starting over.
The same method can flex across different bodies, schedules, goals, and seasons.
BBM is not built on isolation. It is built on structure, coaching, and community.
That is the difference. The method is designed to keep working when life changes.
The BBM Method was built to evolve with women through real life, not just motivate them for a moment.
The BBM Method is designed to outlast the latest trend.
It is not built around motivation spikes.
It is not built around one woman’s body or season of life.
It is built around principles that remain true even when your life or season changes.
If you are ready for structure that adapts with you instead of fighting you, you can begin here.
