What is included in the monthly subscription?

The monthly subscription grants access to over 1200+ workout videos and series found under the "On-Demand Workouts" section of the browse page. These include series like the Diastasis Recti Series, the Kettlebell Series, our monthly challenges, the Couples Workout Series, and more!

I used to have an account on the previous app, but now it's saying I don't. What do I do?

If you had not purchased one of the "Buy-To-Own" programs, nor did you have an active monthly subscription at the time of our migration to the new app, your account was not created on the new system. I signed up for a (monthly / annual) subscription online, but my app isn't showing the subscription content, how do I fix this?

When a mobile device downloads the app our system creates a temporary "device" account for free access, or a new subscription purchase.  This just means that you don't actually have to be signed in to your email account to purchase the subscription.  It's easy though to connect the two accounts by logging into your email account via the app. 


  1. You may do so by clicking the "Account" button in the app, and it will take you to your account management tab. 

  2. Then select "Sign In" and enter the email and password.  


Now, sometimes the app doesn't show the "Login" button after subscribing to the app, and that's ok.  Try following the steps below to bring that login button back.


  1. Delete the app, and re-download it.

  2. When you open the app click "Not Now" in the top right corner.

  3. Log into your account in the app.  You can login via the "Account" button in the app, and then the "Sign In" button.

  4. Select any video that's part of the subscription product, ie. ab series, summer challenge, or kettlebell series.

  5. When the "Choose Your Plan" page appears select "Already a subscriber?" at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Then select "Restore Purchase" at the bottom of the next screen. 

I can access my one-time buy purchases in my web browser, but not on my mobile device, how do I fix this?

You may do so by following these steps:


  1. Click the "Account" button in the app, and it will take you to your account management tab. 

  1. Then select "Sign In" and enter the email and password.

Why can't I access the Community section on my mobile device?

How do I cancel?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
