Welcome to DAY 18 of the 30 Day Hormone Reset Challenge.
Each day of the Challenge you will find a short list of daily tasks & activities that outline the specific steps you should complete.
Please note: This task list is very short for a reason. The goal is to only implement the steps that are outlined each day so that you don't get overwhelmed.
Today's tasks (again, please do NOT do more than is outlined below):
1. LOG: At the end of the day, fill in the boxes for each category listed for today. You'll find the tracker on page 11 of your 30 Day Challenge Guide and Workbook.
2. WEEKLY SCORE: At the end of the day, calculate your "Weekly Score" in the bottom row of your daily progress tracker. We will be discussing how to move forward with how to interpret the totals and how to set new “Week 3 Goals” in our coaching video tomorrow. *Please share a photo of your week two daily progress tracker below.
3. Looking at your averages in each category from this week 👉🏻compared to last week… where do you see progress? Where do you acknowledge you are being challenged? Let me know on the DAY 18 Post inside the private community!
