Briana Christine has been a certified women’s health & fitness professional since 2007, but BBM wasn’t built from unrelatable fitness theory.

How long are the workouts?

Most workouts are 20–30 minutes, and designed to be done at home with minimal equipment so that they are time-efficient and realistic for real life.

What equipment do I need?

Most workouts use dumbbells only.
Modifications are always provided, including options with little or no equipment.

Are the workouts diastasis recti and pelvic floor friendly?

Yes. BBM workouts are built with core and pelvic floor health in mind, and modifications are always offered when certain movements need them.

What is the meal plan like? Is it gluten-free or dairy-free?

BBM doesn’t force one way of eating.
We provide a structured weekly meal plan that teaches women how to eat based on their own preferences, needs, and tolerance — including gluten-free, dairy-free, or mixed approaches.

How do I pause or cancel my recurring subscription?

To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.

What is the Refund Policy?
